The Landor Stud was established in April 2015 with the big move from co-operate city life to rural farm life by the owners Herman and Karen Bekker when they exchanged their city lifestyle for their new farm at the foot of the majestic Magaliesberg mountain range in an area called Maanhaarrand, just a short drive from the village of Magaliesburg.
With a strong vision for continuous genetic herd improvement and a never-ending passion for a better-quality stud animal, the Landor Stud is today the home of the Landor Stud’s Warmblood sport horses, the Landor Stud’s Meatmaster sheep and the Landor Stud’s Dexter cattle.
The Landor Stud’s farm cottage is also housed on the Landor Stud farm.
The farm also produces hay and organic compost.
